The hotel was a great base for enjoying a fairly quiet area, so close to Shangha Pudongi airport and the airpot. The room was large and well-equipped, included with comfortable beds and rain shower and really value. The breakfast was satisfactory, a great selection of food.

The hotel's location was particularly good, next to a river and China for over 30 times. The room was neat and silent with USB plugs when I arrived.

The location is very close to the airport. Free shuttle is helpful.
The front desk clerks are unfriendly, unhelpful and unefficient. The date was October 19th, around 6:00pm. My friend and I waited for quite a while when they searched for the booking form even when produced the printed version of the booking confirmation number. In short, those stuff members, especially the one look like the head should be traind to be more polite and professional.

This hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it a great option for those with early or late flights. The rooms are reasonably decent, with air conditioning that actually works. Some guests have appreciated the free shuttle service provided by the hotel.
Some guests have complained about the rude behavior of the staff towards certain guests, which is definitely not acceptable.

Convenient airport shuttle service every 30 minutes from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. A shuttle bus station is conveniently located in front of the arrivals hall. We were able to check in early at 10 a.m. without any issues. The rooms were spacious and had a working air conditioning system. Complimentary water and tea were provided in the room.

Good price and location for transit passengers in Pudong Airport with free shuttle bus and Wi-Fi connection (with bugs?). Beware that you will be charged to print your boarding pass and it takes time.
It´s an isolated hotel near the Pudong Airport. Both Maglev and subways to Pudong Airport close at 22:00 so make sure you return on time from downtown Shanghai to the Airport if you want to take advantage of the hotel shuttle bus or you have to take a taxi.
